We are so grateful for this hotel! We were stranded by American Airlines (canceled the last minute when we flew from PHL). We didn't want to stay a whole night in the airport. This met all of the criteria (great rating, reviews and transportation). We booked the room quickly, my husband called, and they sent a driver right away. The bed was so comfortable, the best sleep in a long time. Perfect pillows. We didn't want to leave. The kitchen came with everything. No regrets! They also have a big variety for breakfast, but we grabbed and go to get to the airport early. They were kind from the beginning to checking out. We will stay again if we ever stay in the location. Thank you for the great service! It is hard to find these days.

Four days with NO hot water, I mentioned it to desk every day, and promises went unfulfilled. The convenience of them having a shuttle was great if it didn’t take them 45 minutes to pick you up or drop you off at the right place. No meat thermometers to use for your meat on the grill. Was a bummer. My chicken I had to bring it in and finish cooking over the stove. Barely any flames on the grill. And breakfast eggs needed to be cooked more. My daughter now has her stomach messed up.

Really happy with this hotel and stay. It was clean and functional. I love the kitchen option which is a big reason we stay at residence inn as opposed to other hotels. My only complaint is that the lobby smell was SO strong the first night. Whatever scent they had dispersing was so strong. I immediately reacted. My eyes were burning, nose running, itching and cough. I have asthma and allergies, but my daughter who does not, immediately started itching everywhere too. I had to use my inhaler every time I walked through the lobby because my breathing started feeling tight. Thankfully by morning it was gone. I also noticed they don't have much help at night. Everyone was super nice but whenever we needed something we had to go down to get it. Which isn't a huge deal but it sucks for the person down there alone not to have help for these things. Overall though, would definitely stay again. Even breakfast wasn't bad for hotel breakfast.
