Read the reviews. This place is terrible. Service was horrendous. The room was disgusting and despite numerous requests for cleaning, it was done once in 7 days. The AC leaked water all over the floor. The rooms are small, the bathrooms tiny and hard to even utilise. They changed the Carron utilise to call the lift midway through our stay without telling us. Had to line up for 20 minutes after a big day and find out how to call the lift. No apology for the inconvenience, just rudeness and attitude. The staff are all young and disinterested. The area isn’t great, not many shops close by, no good restaurants. I’d suggest going to South Beach, I didn’t do enough research or read the reviews.

The room was good ! House keeping was on and off… sometimes nobody came for 2 days. Somehow weird people showed off at the pool…and you can have very noisy neighbor !! smelled weed all the time ! Staff at front desk working hard o keep you happy , but it’s a 3 star hotel so keep in mind !

Filthy elevators, smells the moment you step in to it. A.C doesn't work in month of April and front desk coolly offered to keep the windows open until morning to keep the room cooled. room had cleaning material and used cleaning cloth left by the maintenance crew. Will never visit this place again and would not recommend to anyone. I am still surprised how this showed up at top in Expedia. Broken blinds, Broken bathroom doors.

The staff was friendly, but overall the stay was disappointing. The room was not very clean, and the overall feel of the hotel was outdated. The TV wasn’t even a smart TV, which made relaxing in the room a bit frustrating. It definitely needs some upgrades and better upkeep. Wouldn’t stay again unless improvements are made.
