Staff was welcoming and great. There was an AC issue that could not be addressed, maintenance not on property 24/7. By the time they could check, we were checking out. Nice property for short stays.

Honestly was a great stay! Loved the bunk beds so we didn’t have to sleep together. Pool area is nice, the food at the restaurant was delicious. Only ‘complaint’ observation is the crack house next door. Our window in 202 opened and looked directly into the crack house. You can see so much crap in there. However this is nothing that the property can do. And we never saw anyone of concern or felt unsafe. My suggestion would be to lock the window from opening so people don’t have to see that. Would totally stay again though!

The room smelled funky and when we got back home from our trip, all of our stuff smells like the Sonder. We kind of worry if it's mushrooms, but it doesn't smell good. Stayed for 8 days and only have 1 cleaning including. Walls are thin so your hear your neighbours easily. Air conditioner system is slow to kick into the changes you make and it smells bad. Staff were kind. Location is good. Will not recommend to anyone.

Property was in a great location and it has everything you need. Hector in the front desk was great, he literally went above and beyond in our stay. Give this man a raise, his level of customer service was outstanding

Clean, great customer service, walking distance from the beach. The only down side of this property is the walls are very thin and you can hear everything so it was a little hard to sleep sometimes with doors constantly opening and closing in the hallway and our neighbors talking. Otherwise, I highly recommend!!

Very cute hotel. However, the managing company becomes very demanding once you book. Good luck navigating through there app. Lots of missing information along with horrible communication. I paid for early checkin at 2:00, room wasn’t ready until 4:45 pm. Like I said, cute hotel but bad management.
