I didn’t like looking out my window into someone else’s window and below was where they keep the garbage. I didn’t like having to leave my room and built with my ice bucket to get ice. I didnt like not having a place to put my suitcases and not having a place to put my belongings. I didn’t like the bathroom the door was up against the shower.

Very nice from the outside, lots of space to relax, close to the beach. There were not enough slippers in the room and it is inconvenient that you have to order cleaning. The staff is very friendly. I will definitely visit again.

The accommodation in the room is excellent. The only downside was that the room was opposite the elevator door. There is absolutely no sound insulation. You will begin to hear all the sounds of the elevator, everyone coming in and out, their conversations, swearing and laughter.

The room was not in great condition and had an irritating chemical smell that immediately gave me a headache when I walked in so I had to leave and book somewhere else. The staff opted to give me another room right next to it and it smelled the same. They said it’s there cleaning products but it smelled like bug spray mixed with some other strong chemical to mask mold or something else from the air conditioning.

Ok side 1. Beds and pillows 2. Pool area 3. Coffee in the room. 4. Security I did not like 1. Even if the room is ready you will not enter it before 4pm without paying extra $$ 2. Elevator did not work 3. Halls needs to be vacuum sometimes 4. Remembering the 6 digits code for the room instead having a card 5. Don't eat pizza there

State of this property twice once in September 2023 and then again September 2024, both times the elevator in my building was broken and there didn’t seem to be anyone coming to fix it throughout both of the weeks I was there. really annoying considering people come in with heavy suitcases and have to walk up four flights of stairs with them after a long flight. I understand if it was broken for a day but having the elevators being broken in two different buildings two different years and during the weeks I was there I didn’t see anyone ever coming to fix it is really annoying. Imagine if someone was elderly or in a wheelchair or like us, had heavy luggage.

I paid for them for parking, and the people who took the car to park stole all my documents and my wallet with money. At the time I forgot the wallet in the car and had already delivered the key, I thought at the same time I realized to call and ask for the car again, but as I had already paid for the private parking, I thought everything would be safe and decided to wait for the next day. The other day, as soon as I took the car my wallet was no longer there, and I knew I had left it there, so I went after it to see what they could do for me, they said I couldn't do anything because the parking lot was a third-party company and that they only had partnership and that they couldn't do anything! I think the security obligation should be theirs, because it was for them that I paid for the parking. In the end, I had numerous problems to get back home, I missed a good part of the trip to solve problems. I just have to say that they are not reliable!
