It was a very good stay. The hotel is located in a nice area, close to everything. Not too noisy at night. The rooms are well presented but our shower had a lose tap and the sink got blocked. I requested the complimentary housekeeping service but this never happened. Staff was very friendly in general. We will definitely stay there again.

If you’re looking for something central you can’t beat this place. The staff & security are brilliant & they look after you. I felt very safe & welcome. First class.

Room smelled like mildew upon arrival. There was only one face towel in the room with two guest. Then when asking front desk about face towels, they didn’t have any and only gave out hand towels. Then had to go all the way downstairs to warm up my food. Then the elevator was out the whole 5 days I was there.. then the pool didn’t have adequate sitting for all guest. Then there wasn’t a designated area for smokers but hookah was allowed to be smoked all over the patio

I really like the place, my room was big, spacious and the balcony and the roof top were refreshing. The only inconvenience was the elevator that was not working. But wasn’t a big deal to climb the 4 story hotel!

This is a very convenient spot if you’re looking to explore the Art Deco District and the famous neighborhood near Ocean Drive, Collins Ave., and Washington Ave. It is also very family friendly with a nice outdoor pool. The rooftop area was ok, not much up there besides the seating. The elevator in our building was out of service (although appreciative that we were notified in advance of our arrival and they offered assistance with our luggage when we were preparing to check out). Our room was very small and the bathroom even smaller. My husband is 6’3 so the tight quarters of the shower and bathroom weren’t ideal. They are also very stingy with providing extra washcloths! There was only one washcloth left in the room when we arrived and made it seem as if asking for 3 additional ones was an issue. Not a favorite stay.

I stayed in the room with 6 people, and it was the worse room i have ever stayed in a hotel. The cleanliness was unacceptable, the carpet was dirty with stains, dust everywhere, old and dusty AC, mold in my bathroom sink and shower, and overall unsanitary experience. I had to complain twice before a team came to clean my room to a basic american standard. Their complimentary cleaning service is horrible and disgusting, it was never advertised online or on their website, only once we got to the property. In addition, the isolation of the rooms was unbearable, you heard everything your neighbours were saying. One night, one of the neighbours threw a party from 1:30AM to 8AM, security and manager intervened twice which did not help, police was almost called. The hotel did not want to move us to another room to compensate us for a horrible, loud night and poor sleep. Front desk were not helpful or apolagizing for either situations and i would not recommend staying here. There are better places on south beach.

Hidden Gem in South Beach
Very nice indeed and I would definitely stay here again. The lobby smells amazing and the staff were all very welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable. Pool area is beautiful and everything was within walking distance. It really is the perfect location.
