Seemed as if they advertised another property. When I complained about the cleanliness and bugs, they tried to argue back and forth about giving me my money back even though I checked out and didn’t stay my full stay. Eventually they approved my refund. Never again!!

Really Good Hotel…Crap neighbors
Hotel and parking area was fine. The rooms are clean, large and work great for our needs. The people in the next room were up all night making noise. I’m thinking that since it’s an Extended Stay hotel that these people live in the hotel. They were out in the halls at 4am talk, laughing and paying no attention to those around them.

The road is a mess surrounded by industrial stuff and semis, far from anything you like to go to, dirty sheets and an sad worn cheap motel looking room. I'm returning the key card and finding another place to stay.

The bench in shower was off the wall with exposed screws. Fire alarm went off for 10 minutes with no explanation in the morning. Parking was convenient. The street the hotel is on is under construction so lots of dirt/dust and construction machines around
