This hotel is truly a beautiful and relaxing haven. The view from our room was simply breathtaking, and we enjoyed everything from the incredibly comfy beds to the delicious breakfast. My daughters loved the room's layout and were thrilled to relax with Netflix after a long flight. While the bathroom was on the smaller side, it wasn't an issue at all as the room itself was so well-designed and comfortable. The price was incredibly reasonable, about half of what I'd expect to pay for a luxury hotel, and the amenities exceeded my expectations. This hotel is perfect for travelers, conveniently located near the airport. The lobby is immaculate, and the modern design truly sets this place apart.

Hotel was very crowded in lobby. Lots of people wanted to check in early but couldn’t so they were just “hanging around”. The area isn’t very walkable and provided transportation was crowded. We had to wait an hour at the airport to be shuttled because it was too full initially. Staff spoke little English so it was difficult to communicate our needs. You could tell the hotel was older and they tried to do cosmetic updates but hallways had a dingy smell

Disappointed with the general feel of the place. Breakfast area crowded too few options. Too few equipment too few seats. Staff felt generally hostile. Short lady and african american lady at reception tried at least. Shuttle bus driver appeared annoyed he had to drive us.... second trip we took a taxi instead so we werent a bother. Heard passengers complaining they were waiting 2 hrs for shuttle. 1 van every hour is not enough in busy times...doesnt take a genius to figure that out. Felt like whenever staff wanted to be rude the switch to spanish hoping on spanish speaking guest wont understand.

The airport shuttle is not consistent. It you arrive at the airport beyond a certain time at night, there is no airport shuttle, yet their competitors have many shuttles still traveling to/from the airport. Even other hotels of the same chain (Marriott) had shuttles running. Expedia said that they called the hotel to query the unavailability of the shuttle and not even Expedia had their telephone call answered.
