Def wasn’t the worst place to stay, but I hope that I won’t have to stay here again. They told me the security deposit would be released the next day as most hotels do, and it’s been 2 days and my bank still said it’s pending. stayed 4 days.
Their front desk was treating me like some bum cuz I was waiting in the lobby for a few hours after check out. Asking me if everything was ok… like why wouldn’t i be? I had also went to their restaurant and bought a sandwich that upon serving me I noticed there was mold on the bread.
This place is full of security but they were so worried about me and still can’t even return 200$ of my money they are holding on to.
And got the nerve to serve moldy bread in their restaurant. Which I did not even ask for a refund. Their front desk staff in my opinion should be demoted. I’ve definitely experienced much better service at cheaper hotels as well as nicer hotels. so I guess in the biased and potentially discriminatory eyes of the front desk I don’t belong here. I stayed for 4 nights and they are holding 200$ of my money “incase of damages” they have moldy bread in their kitchen and they’re asking me “ is everything ok?”
I have seen people sitting in this lobby every day what is so concerning about me being here still? She was asking if my ride just still isn’t here yet … tf? Honestly I should give this place 0 stars.
