If you are looking for a hotel for one night with super location you can stay in this hotel. If you need to stay more than one night there then don't. This hotel is a 4 star hotel with 0.5 star service l have 2 kids staying with me and husband. There is only 3batj towel and 2 face towel in total. No extra bedding on site as well. Had to call them to bring to me. For only once they did show up in the first night. However on the second night when I am asking more bayh towel and coffee refill they never came. Call five time. Every time there is a different person pick up the phone. I mean what the hell？ I don't know where these five stars came from. But I will not visit this hotel again.

The hotel didn’t have any rooms ready for us to check into at 4 pm and we had an event to attend that night and needed to get ready. At 4.30 we decided to look for another room since the hotel didn’t know how long it would be before a room was available. After leaving the property, we received a message at 4:45 stating our room was ready. After explaining the situation to the worker at the hotel, she told us she could cancel our reservation. Once she said our reservation was canceled, we booked a room at a different hotel. We later received a message from the Elser Hotel stating that they now can’t cancel our reservation and we would have to pay the full price of the 2 room suite. They didn’t apologize for not having the room ready and even stated that they’re not required to start the room check-in process until 4 pm, even though our room wasn’t ready until almost 5 pm.
