The latent charges caught me by surprise. Paying for parking, daily hotel deposit and daily hotel fees and the pool with the best view was under construction. Other than that the room was nice, well stocked bar and daily room service.

The hotel was great. Rooms were spacious and had everything you could need. Staff were helpful and really friendly. Plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance

The front desk lady that assisted me (Jennie) at check in was very rude!!! She attempted to tell me my credit card was declined and the card on file was not the one I was checking in with, and was adamant about it. I explained it wasn’t declined and the hold was pending. I had to call my bank and have her manager involved. I felt as though I was being discriminated against. The beds are really low and the tub sits really high. If you’re handicap, this isn’t the hotel for you. All other hotel staff were very nice and the hotel was clean. The Bayside Market is a ten minute walk.

The hotel isn't concerned about guest experience. I had a bad check-in experience where I asked for a room with easy access, but the staff did everything opposite, making my Expedia reservation a horrible experience. I had stayed at this hotel before, booking directly with them, and the treatment was completely different. I found the hotel's behavior to be very foolish.
