The staff were very friendly and welcoming when we arrived. The common area had a pool table and board games, which allowed for a fun time without needing to stay in the room for the entirety of the stay

Almost everything about this hotel was great, except the parking ($35 a night valet parking only) and one of only two elevators broke the night we got there. So the entire 8 story hotel was trying to use one elevator for everything. Wait times were between 5-15 minutes at minimum. A lot of people gave up and took the stairs, a total of a hundred stairs for us to go up to our room on the 4th floor. And I ended up carrying all of our luggage down 6 floors of stairs too. So would have been nice if they had someone come out and fix it asap.

My family stayed here for one night to attend a game at Loandepot Park, which is just a few minutes away. For the money- great experience. In and out valet parking very efficient. Free hot breakfast was enjoyable and the ladies working there were amazing. The rooms were clean, but the individual room AC units were so loud in both rooms, it is difficult to sleep. Common areas were well kept and had everything to keep you entertained. Pool table, board games, paid snack bar with sodas, chips etc. overall great Miami value for a quick trip or before/after cruise.

The bed mattress and pillows need to be replaced. The soaps in the bathroom was nice hanging on the wall, but, I could not squeeze them one handed The rooms were clean The staff was friendly and helpful
