We enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was good. The chicken tenders were a life saver for a stressed mom with a picky eater. Tiny room with no view. But we enjoyed the pool area. Easy walk to the Kaseya Center. Easy check in/out.

The parking was terrible. They use surrounding parking garages and will not validate or offer discount codes. We had to pay $55 to park in a garage 2 blocks away. When we approached the front desk clerk (after she got back from lunch (only person working front counter) she laughed when I asked if they would validate my parking, saying we don’t do that. We approached a different front desk employee the morning about the same concern who was also very arrogant and unhelpful. I’ll never go back personally.
