Very new, modern design. Power bed, giant tv… Small room, no clothes closet, just a hanger… The big controversy; the toilet is just behind a glass separator door inside the room. Absolute no privacy. No problem for solo guests but awkward even for married couples…

Great facility - Terrible Customer Service

We arrived to check-in, the young lady at the front desk never greeted us or looked up. She simply said "I need your ID". She reviewed ID, gave us our keys with our room number and never thanked us or said a word. I've never experienced this type of poor customer service before. Morning of check-out, we wanted to purchase 2 bottles of water from the vending machines. They were padlocked. I asked the front desk, 2 employees doing nothing but chatting, they advised I had to go to the bar. 3 bartenders working, with 3 customers at the bar, took over 11 minutes to get someone to help me with getting 2 bottles and pay for them. Not acceptable service from either encounter with staff. Highly disappointed.

Billing isn't clear, the junior suite is really poorly laid out with the controls confusing and no directions, a lot of seemingly confused people, a teenager was on the elevator with a black and eye and injured arm, staff provided a very minimal response and should have filed a police report. The pool was unmanaged and overcrowded, this is not the experience we have had in the past at all

Hospitality needs to do better

It was modern & clean. Housekeeping wasn’t very efficient-we only had 2 bath towels, no mat for the shower or hand towel for sink area. Our friends room did not have any drinking glasses, there weren’t an ice bucket in either room. Upon arrival each room were supposed to receive a voucher for 2 free drinks. They ran out of vouchers so no free drinks for either room- but we had to pay $37.50 each room for that amenity. The front desk could have walked the 10 feet to the bar to let the bartender know. Website says valet parking is $55, it’s $67.50. Hotel is conveniently located near the Kaseya Center, 5 minute walk & Bayside

The cost of the parking garage on expedia isnt correct. The garages do not have in and out access unless you pay $70 a day for valet services.

This was an awful experience.. No guest service whatsoever, Valet parking isn’t a thing. They charged me 75 dollars a day, to walk to park my car, and walk to go pick it up, calling it valet. I checked out after the first night. Staff is completely dismissive and condescending
