The hotel is super modern with a nice twist. The lobby its kind of small and check in gets a little heavy. My stay was not better as AC stopped working. Maybe wont stay there again.

Honestly, the only good thing about this place was the food and drinks. Everything else wasn't up to my standard. The staff gradually became more hostile and I won't be booking here again. And there's a lot of hidden, unnecessary fees so beware.

Staff was excellent, made sure all of our needs were met and that the stay was enjoyable. Hotel and amenities were very nice, also the location is pretty central and a lot to do in walking distances.

The prices. Too expensive to eat there. The room had no heat. It was freezing in the and when taking a shower it leaked all over the floor. And I told them I wasn't using any of the resort options and they still charged me anyway

This is probably the worst hotel I have stayed with in a while. Staff were abysmal, room had dirty socks in corners and there was no desire from staff to rectify. However, having a package delivered was by far my worst mistake. When I asked had it arrived, there was no response. The next morning I had a second package delivered and waited 1 hour in the lobby to retrieve it although I watched it be delivered. Enquired again as to whether the initial package had arrived as I received a notification to be told it'll be looked into. Funds were removed from our room and I had to return post check out as I had a cruise arranged only to be told that the initial package was in fact at the hotel but it could only be released if I pay a holding fee. Just when I thought the place couldn't get more ridiculous. I had to pay $56 to retrieve a package that had been sitting there since I arrived but they failed to hand over although I asked about it multiple times. It was the staffs disinterest and lack of helpfulness which really tarnished our stay. Dirty socks dont help...

Had an amazing stay ! Highly recommended - nice location , close to restaurants and beautiful park . The room and the hotel is very clean . Staff is exceptional and can’t wait to come back .It was my first time checking in at this Miami location , I stayed for the first time at the hotel inside the airport of Istanbul Turkey.
