Unfortunately we had one of the worst experiences in the hotel for the entire stay after being promised a better room after finding our room very dirty, broken glass no one helping, even though I have a fractured arm. Management try to make up for it, then ended up failing to do so because they expected me to leave a pre-booked museum pass in the middle of it in order to move rooms. After waiting over three hours for a room, was told that the room should be ready after three they couldn’t even accommodate me getting there an hour later after I told them my situation, but they want me to be OK with them and they’re empty promises and being late multiple time.I was an hour late due to the museum that i had pre-told management about and they gave the room to someone else…the staff was very rude. You could even hear them talking bad about you and didn’t help at all. The best part of the hotel was the server who helped us with our luggage after seeing us struggle. unfortunately, the staff and lack of caring for others ruin the entire experience.great location, but will never be booking with them again. I work in luxury hotels up in North Carolina and try to be very understanding, but as mention, the staff failed to complete their promises & at the end of the trip. I just wanted to leave. if you want to be anxious throughout your entire trip and every single day ruined due to your hotel stay, definitely book with them. If not look for something better especially for what you pay.
