We arrived to check-in, the young lady at the front desk never greeted us or looked up. She simply said "I need your ID". She reviewed ID, gave us our keys with our room number and never thanked us or said a word. I've never experienced this type of poor customer service before. Morning of check-out, we wanted to purchase 2 bottles of water from the vending machines. They were padlocked. I asked the front desk, 2 employees doing nothing but chatting, they advised I had to go to the bar. 3 bartenders working, with 3 customers at the bar, took over 11 minutes to get someone to help me with getting 2 bottles and pay for them. Not acceptable service from either encounter with staff. Highly disappointed.
