This room was smaller than my cabin on my ship. Bathroom with glass door. Door broken, no closet, no towels, no washcloths. Had to call for them and it took forever to get them. No ice bucket or cups. Sink in the middle of the room. It sucked and had the nerve to charge resort charges. This place was the worse place I’ve ever been to

Very modern. We enjoyed the roof-top pool deck. We stayed 2 separate nights due to our cruise. The first room had A/C issues. It was not cooling. So, we were allowed to move into another room, which was better. Overall, we had a nice stay and I plan to stay here again. I would recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

The hotel was conveniently located in the center of downtown Miami. The hotels security features were superb (i.e. elevator and key system). However, our room was extremely small which affected my level of comfort. The mini refrigerator had a fishy smell, the floor smelt as if it were mopped with a sour/dirty mop, and the sink was clogged causing it to drain slowly.

Great stay

The staff at Yotel Miami was very kind and helpful. We arrived late and asked for the extended check out. It was given to us for free. We ate dinner as well there and the food was really good. The staff that took our orders was very friendly and attentive to our needs. Over all our stay was really nice and will be staying again in October.

Terrible experience. The so-called ‘bed’ is actually a low-quality sofa bed, impossible to get any rest. Parking access is a complete nightmare: way too far from the hotel and extremely inconvenient. On top of that, the housekeeping staff is extremely loud, making it impossible to relax at any time of the day. To make things even worse, after 11 PM you have no access to drinking water inside the hotel; if you’re thirsty, you’re forced to walk to a CVS across the street, about 5 minutes away, putting yourself at risk at that hour. I will never return and I do not recommend anyone to stay here.

The room is very clean. No smell, which is good. However, the room is too small. There is no desk or comfortable chair. No microwave. You have to ask for a tissue box and a towel mat. It is good only for overnight.
