Great Value
The staff was very friendly especially Neha at the front desk as she made special arrangments for my dog. The Hotel has been remolded and is nice and clean. Breakfast was excellent. This is a good Value place to stay.

Not up to Wyndham standards
Checked in about 3:15 pm, front desk clerk was nice. Put us on 2nd floor with no elevator & I'm in a walking cast. Limiyed access to building entrances, only at ends of building. Got to room smelled musty when first walked in. Bathtub has black mold on grout around it. Hair in sink, brown marks on bathroom wall, door & doorframe. Need a wristband for pool & its only open from 2 pm til 10 pm. Water is cold, too cold to swim in. Hottub looked clean but didnt try it. Bed was hard & uncomfortable. Spider web & spider in corner of room by night stand. Breakfast very limited choices. Eggs with no sausage or bacon & only biscuits and gravy for other choice. Only white bread & bagels, cereal & make your own waffles. Food was passable at best. This is not up to Wyndham standards at all.

The plumbing wasnt working, the bathtub woukdnt drain, we found roaches in the bathroom, there was an ungodly smell throughout the building. My daughter found mold in her orange juice. Not to mention you have to have a 100.00 deposit for rooms thay are already a diaster amd filthy. My mom hade a room down the hall by the pool and when it started raining bad it also rained in her room! I have never stayed at a Wyden in this kind of conditions. Also we were told they have to come into the rooms to clean every monday and Thursday even if the guests do not like it. The place is very run down, and the rules they have are unbelievably wrong!

So I’ve been coming to Michigan city for about 10 years no, I used to come to this location because of the price but here lately the past two years with Yash has been great. He has been extremely helpful every single time I stay, which is almost once a month now that I have a job near the are it’s every weekend. He gets me in and out of the lobby, extremely fast and into my room. Which is always clean and tidy. The rooms also come with balconies, which is kind of unbeatable due to the fact that no other hotels in the area has that option. But all in all. Yash is amazing and makes sure I have a stress free stay every weekend and every time I’ve ever came of course the property could use some updates, but the cleanliness consistency kindness, and service is why I will always come back thanks again Yash!
