Located in the Sheridan Beach Neighborhood, this spacious home is just a few blocks from the Beaches of Lake Michigan. Unbeatable combination of comfort, convenience, and charm. Whether you’re planning a family reunion, a getaway with friends, or a special celebration, this house has everything you need to make your stay memorable.
The home offers a ton of great space for groups with gather together or in more intimate smaller group areas. As you pull up to the home you are greeted by a spacious front porch with plenty of outdoor furniture. As you enter the home you will find a large open floor plan with large sectional couch which is open to the dining room and large kitchen. Prepare meals for the entire group in the luxury kitchen and remain part of the fun!
The main floor offers a queen size bedroom tucked away off the front door. As you walk upstairs to the second level you will find 5 bedrooms, 2 featuring en suites. There is also a 3rd full bathroom off the hallway on this level to serve the additional 3 bedrooms.
The lower level features a walkout basement, huge rec room area with a large TV and plenty of games to keep the entire group entertained. In the lower level you will find 2 additional bedrooms, one featuring a bunk room with 6 twin beds. The other bedroom on this level will feature a double bed. Indoor Sauna will be a great place to finish off a nice relaxing day with a good sweat.
