Property seemed in need of a refresh. Looked like a recent coat of white paint was applied to everything, but just did not get a good feel for overall cleanliness. Property is dated.

It was very dirty. The towels had had on them. The bathroom had false eyelashes on the floor the comforters were stained. The carpets were dirty in the halls and in the room.

Property was not kept up, our bed was slanted down , there was spilt stiff on lamp beside bed that was crusted over, the toilet seat had cracks and chips on it and the tub doesn’t look like it has been cleaned in a while. The lobby area is not as portrayed on web sight(s). Smoke smell in room

Place is not what it is in the picture. When i got htere, there was 4 ck heads hanging around outside. Then, that same night, my daughter and i look out the wind and 4 loovely working ladys were leaving. When i was leaving, i guy started teling me i couldnt put my trash in the can from inside a closet. Then he comes out and gets mad that i cleaned my room. Tells me to take my trash out of the garbage can and bring it back to the room. So i did and told him thanks for the great direction and horrible stay. The place should be in hartford, not cromwell. Shame on you front desk man who came from the closet

I was greeted by a host behind a plastic partition. Very awkward! Hotel is old and not polished at all. No carafe in the coffee pot. Shower curtain was dirty w mold/mildew and room had unpleasant odor. We were in at 10 PM and out early so was not going to make a fuss but will definitely not stay here again!

The bathroom was not very clean to begin with. You must really ask for any cleaning (which includes more washcloths, towels, etc..)
