GUEST ACCESS
- You will have access to the entire first and second floors.
- The basement, attic, and garage are NOT accessible to guests.
- Keyless entry code will be provided for cabin access 1 day before check-in.

PARKING
- The garage is currently unavailable for guest parking.
- Free street parking is available
- Guests can park in front of the property (non-dedicated) and there is also parking on the side of the home, in front of our detached garage (dedicated to the home).
✔ Please avoid parking 25 feet from an intersection or 30 feet from a stop sign to avoid parking tickets.

HOUSE RULES
1. Minimum Age: The primary guest must be 25 years or older.
2. No Parties: Events or parties of any kind aren't permitted. Violation leads to immediate reservation termination without a refund.
3. Smoke-Free: Smoking is prohibited in the house and on the premises. This includes cigarettes, marijuana, e-cigs, etc. Violators will be fined $500 for cleaning and deodorization.
4. Check-In/Out: We do not allow early check-ins or late check outs. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out at 11 AM sharp. Late check-outs may incur a fee equal to the daily rate.
6. No Pets: To maintain a pet-free environment for guests with allergies, we do not allow pets.
7. Quiet time is from 10 PM – 8 PM. Please no loud music outside.
8. Tampering with outside security cameras will result in a fine of $400.
9. Rule Violations: Any violation of house rules can result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund.
