Not a quality stay
The room was dirty-the shower walls were dirty, the shower doors had soap scum on them, the room smelled like wet dog, the table tops next to the bed had food residue on them, the floor had drink spills. There was a spray bottle of cleaning solution on the tv stand and dirty socks which I gave to the man at the desk. The light above the sink does not work, there is no hair dryer. It was handicapped accessible which is what we needed. The bed was comfortable. The cleaning staff knocked and entered the room at 9:30 am while we were still getting ready, they attempted to re-enter 3 more times before 10:30 when we left. The adjoining room had the light on most of the night which illuminated our room as the light shone in the gap under the door. You could also hear the guests talking through the door.

Very nice staff and check in. The indoor pool is not heated, so it was pretty chilly, but it was refreshing after a very long drive day. The room is clean, comfortable bed, nice decor.

Check in staff very friendly, but I arranged for wheelchair accessible, and Roll in shower, room was on 1st floor but that was about the only thing, wheelchair access from parking adequate but not great. Breakfast okay.

Great Night's sleep
We are going to a family reunion and visiting family and friends along the way. This bed at the Quality Inn is GREAT! Looks, cleanliness, and service are nice, but I'm all about a comfortable bed. This was the best yet. Thank you.
