Bad experience all around
We booked a two night stay with a bridal party to be close to Disneyland to celebrate the bride. While on our way to check in, we were text directing us to an address different than the one in the listing. Re-directing multiple cars while navigating Los Angeles traffic is ridiculous. Upon arrival, we had no toilet paper anywhere, broken drawer pulls, a broken television, and dirty dishes put away in drawers. The person who provided us with the “real address” became unresponsive when deficiencies were pointed out (after having toilet paper and paper towels delivered), and upon review of the listing, I found a different phone number for our host. They were good at texting back, and apologized for the inconveniences, even offered me a small refund on our rental, but has yet to actually refund me any of our money.
