Superb luxury apartment beautifully furnished with 2 swimming pools

Self catering 2 bedroom (Master has king size bed and bedroom 2 has 2 singles) 2 bathroom, air conditioned apartment with terrace facing mountain. Large open plan living area with fully fitted kitchen including, microwave , washer, fridge freezer etc and tastefully furnished lounge with leather suite and UK TV through wi fi , DVD player and Hi FI with CD player. Lift access is right outside the apartment door. 20 minute drive from malaga airport, 5 minute drive to the beautiful beaches at La Cala and Fuengerola, 15 minutes to Mijas Village .Video entry and secure underground parking. Tennis courts, 2 large pools and 2 childrens pools, apartment has it,s own sun loungers . Plenty of shops on the complex to cater for most needs. For the golfers, lots of course,s including Los Olivios and Los Lagos which are across the road from the complex.



Notes to rentals: A 25% non-refundable deposit will be required at the time of booking. Full payment is required 2 weeks prior to arrival plus £100 deposit which will be refunded 1 week after your stay provided that there are no damages or items missing. Repeat stay
Great location and property, hence the repeat stay. Steve and Heather both very helpful in getting the tv sorted (needed as the weather was poor). Lovely to have the pool to ourselves when the sun did shine.

Great stay
A lovely apartment that was plenty big enough for myself and friend. Heather was great, helping me actually find the property and sorting out a couple of issues. Loved that we could use either of the pools as we met some friendly neighbours. Parking was very tight but glad to actually have a designated spot.Only complaint was that bathrooms were not left with loo roll. Not good when I arrived late at night (never come across this before). However, very pleasant stay and near enough to the local resorts to easily drive to.

This is a fantastic apartment with amazing grounds. A high class beautifully decorated apartment with everything you could need for a wonderful stay. 2 brilliant pools for your use. Safe and secure well kept grounds and a shop in the building grounds. Close to everything in the area but a car is needed.

Everything lovely. But in the info no check in and out times, no actual street number and name so w
We were unable to order take out food as the street and number was not provided so taxis, uber, take away were impossible. Sooo frustrating. Not enough loo roll for 3 days and 3 girls. Not written where to leave the keys on lea ing. We left them u Inside the flat and then couldnt get out of the garage!!!!! Had to climb throughthe window to get them back and then leave them next door in the local shop.... not ideal.

Very nice apartment with everything you need!

Apartamento amplio. Está un poco apartado, pero en coche en 10 minutos llegas a La Cala. La urbanización está muy bien. La piscina muy bien también. El apartamento es muy cómodo. Si no te importa coger el coche para todo, te recomiendo este alojamiento.

Está en una urbanización tranquila con varias piscinas y con garaje. Cerca de las conexiones con autovías y supermercados. El apartamento dispone de todo,con dos baños. En nuestro caso no había papel higiénico y servilletas, lavaplatos.

El apartamento estaba en muy buenas condiciones.Salon comedor con cocina americana,terraza,habitacion matrimonio y otra con dos camas y dos baños ( un espejo muy alto ideal para personas de 1,90 metros o mas) Piscina comunitaria escelente, Aire acondicionado en toda la casa.Todo muy bien. Quizas deverian de detallar un poco mas la ubicacion.

El apartamento es como se ve en las fotos pero no está limpio. En la cocina las sartenes y ollas se pegan todas, no se puede cocinar. Tiene buenos aislantes tanto de temperatura como de sonido y tiene garage.

We really enjoyed our stay in Fuengirola. The apartment and the common areas are nice and clean. Steve is easy to communicate with and quick to respond. The manager Heather is amazing and went outbof her way to make it easy for us when checking in and out. We definitely would book this apartment again.

L appartement de Steeve est située dans une chouette résidence.. piscine super sympa.. En revanche l appartement est à revoir hormis le linge de lit rien n est propre !! Canapés tables remplis de miettes et poussières Logement pour 4 seulement 2 verres vaisselles ebrechees cassés sales ... sanitaire vraiment cras ... des prises vétustes et dangereuses si vous avez des enfants. .. dvd tv musique hs... un micro ondes casse sur la terrasse pas de piles dans les télécommandes .. Autre bémol pas de clé pour l entrée piétonne de la résidence et la clé du local à transat inexistante sur notre trousseau. L appartement qui pourrait être superbe mériterait une visite de Steeve qui n à pas l air sur place pour remettre de l ordre à tout ça !

Très bien bon cantate avec le propriétaire sauf que je n avait son numéro de téléphone à l arrivé pour le contacter Abritel ne m'a pas donné son numéro de téléphone. Et c'était galère à l arrivée.

Nous avons passés de très bonnes vacances en famille dans l'appartement, spacieux. Emplacement idéal, parking souterrain sécurisé, résidence avec piscine calme et très bien entretenu. La terrasse est très agréable également. Je recommande cette location!
