The hotel itself was nice, the location felt very industrial. I had an early flight so while in the shower at 3am the hotel lost power, thankfully there was emergency lighting. Not the hotel’s fault but certainly inconvenient. I had requested a transfer to the airport, when I went to check out I was told there was a problem and they had called a taxi. 3 of us ended up in 1 taxi and when we arrived at the airport 1 passenger grabbed his luggage and left the 2 of us to pay. The hotel would have been better served and provided a better service if they had arranged for payment to the taxi since they were doing refunds to those who paid for the transfer. It would have made more sense financially to the hotel and less hassle to the guests, especially since I had a card and the other passenger had euro.

We stayed overnight just to get some sleep before departing from Terminal 2 Milan airport. Overall was good but the shuttle we paid for departed togheter with another guest but she was departing from terminal one so we had to wait to go there first and afterwards we went to our terminal wich led in 15 minutes delay. If I pay for a shuttle service I expect to be taken straight where I want to be or else next time let your costumers know that the shuttle may go to different terminal before yours.
