Perfect place to be in Milan
Superb stay. I was upgraded upon checking in despite the hotel being busy with conferences. The staff were super friendly and the room was exquisite. Lovely quiet area of the city, near a metro stop.

I liked the lobby and surrounding area of the hotel. The rooms need some upgrades and the sofa bed was terrible. I was also given a room with electrical problems. They offered to give me a lower category room and offered free breakfast. I did not want breakfast from hotel so I asked for the price difference and front desk said they could not do that. I told them they can give me a lower category room and expect me to pay the same as my reserved room. Finally after an hour or so they said they would clean a room that was available same as what I booked.

Stayed at this hotel. The shower is horrible water splashes everywhere in the bathroom. Normally it would not be much of a problem in till I slipped and fell cut my face and got bruised up on face and body. Worse yet did not get help from staff. I called reception. Asked for ice and they said sorry we don't have any. And never even came up to the room to check on me. I am very upset about the customer service. The rooms are ok but I would not get the breakfast package here. I would not stay at this hotel again
