Sadly room looked directly onto the hotel garbage dump with many plastic bags of garbage and plastic containers. The actual website price of the hotel was also below that of hotels.com - seems that third party bookings get the dross of left over rooms.

Location near Milan’s Central station is excellent. Room was pretty good although strange bathroom did not have a door & some outside light shone through at night from the bathroom. Was disappointed no coffee & tea facilities in the room. Breakfast was was disappointingly poor - no chance of an omlette or egg station. Hotel was modern & clean, staff were friendly & the hotel served its purpose. I felt hotel was overpriced but I accept it was also fashion week so prices may have been higher than normal.

The location is very good The door to the room was broken and required a key to operate - handle was broken on the inside Shower door was impossible to close so showering created a large puddle on the floor - general maintenance of the property was lacking - it had seen a lot of use and wasn’t being kept up - not a 4 star by any rating scale The elevator was also very loud as it closed sounded like something mechanical was happening there as well.. The AC also wasn’t functioning after the first night… We were in an ancillary building so I can’t vouch for the hotel proper but definitely the attached building needed some work…

Lovely hotel, close to the train station, we were told our booking got cancelled by Expedia as I had requested to cancel 1 out of the 2 we booked, but apparently both were cancelled but no email or message from Expedia. We got told they had no rooms avaliable, but after showing reception my bookings of 1 cancelled and 1 confirmed, they did call someone to find a solution and we did manage to get a room to stay in. Helpful staff, other time I left my hotel key in the room and they managed to sort it straight away. Would stay again and recommend, clean and spacious rooms.

Great but doesn’t have the amenities of a 4-star
Very convenient, across the street from the Milan Centrale railway station. The hotel is new and clean. However it is not a 4 star hotel, it is an excellent 3-star hotel. To be rated 4-stars, it should have amenities such as hair conditioner in the shower, slippers and robes etc., which it lacked.
