Location , location , location ! The apartment it’s close to the Milan Duomo and so many tourist attractions , grocery store a block from it , nice tiny restaurants , public transportation and so many more ! The apartament was super cute and clean , they offer a clean services , the host contact me everyday to see how I was doing and if I need anything , super attentive , I will return

This place in general great: location, appliances, comfort. Something to consider when choosing location: noise, very tight elevator (only two people without luggage can fit). Unfortunates: missing towels, they were brought in, but a day later; wi-fi went off, so we had difficulties connecting to the internet.

Milan retreats were a pleasure to deal with. They were very responsive and helpful and very friendly. The buildings location is very convenient and in the midst of all the action. We enjoyed our stay overall. I believe they need a little attention to the cleanliness of the building and provide a little more safety in door locks.

The location is great close to most major attractions by walking. The property is disappointing with stuffy room and unpleasant smell a couple of plugs are not working and poor linen quality. They changed their address so we had to walk with heavy suitcases from the original location. It’s not worth with the money we spent on this property.

STAY AWAY- the property said city view but it was a dirty courtyard wall and view of recycle bins, the air conditioner was broken and when i complained they called me a lyer and said it was working, after i kept complaing, they sent over 2 repair men and they agreed it did not work, the shower & sink leaked water all over the floor....making me slip & fall. Their customer service was horrible, they just kept by-passing the problem, just waiting for you to check out, they wont pick up the phone or respond to emails, another gharbage company!. It was very uncomfortable with NO air, had towels all over the floor, this was NOT a good place. AVOID IT

The apartment was very spacious and clean, plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. The host checked in everyday to make sure we had suggestions for food, sites, etc. and helped to arrange transportation to the airport for our departure. Would definitely stay again!!

The initial communications were excellent. The room itself was good. The issue was the air conditioner was broken and we couldn’t cool the room down! When we were away during the day, it was not an issue but when we returned to rest or for the evening, even after opening the windows, we couldn’t get it cooled down enough to sleep. After repeated chats with management, they said there was nothing to be done about the ac but they did give us partial credit for our airport shuttle the day of departure. They should have given us some kind of credit for the room issue!!!

BEST location!!! Only an 8 min walk to the Duomo an shopping, 5 minute walk from Brera (a romantic neighborhood filled with art galleries, restaurants, bars, and shops) and very close to both metro stops and light rail stops. We had a ton of room and the beds were so comfy! Hosts are also super responsive and helpful! I would live here if I could!

I was in Milan for Fashion Week I highly recommend this property upscale luxury apartment style living everything you need is available ,the host communicates and is very helpful and responsive. No outside noise nice and quiet,when you walk out of the building your on the streets of fine dining and luxury brand stores, 5min walk to the duo mo Cathedral this place is a perfect I highly recommend and I definitely will stay again soon*****

The staff are very helpful, but the noise at night was very bad we were not able to sleep till 2-3 in the morning, 2 nights in the row , other wise it it ok place
