The lobby was great, beautiful design, however the rest of the property is pretty average. Staff was ok, we arrived on site and no one helped with our bags until they physically saw me lifting them out. And when they did help they just left them in the lobby. They charge 30€ per day for parking. I opted for street parking way cheaper and free overnight and some places it was free the whole time as I was there on the weekend. The overall experience was ok, nothing special for the high price you pay.

Perfect out of town base
Slightly out of town but the train station is just 200m away and within a couple of stops, it is easy to access central Milan and benefit from the bonus of returning to a beautiful hotel and rooftop pool.

Hotel is beautiful and front desk staff was extremely helpful and welcoming. Location seems like a very safe neighborhood. Also, more convenient to Malpensa Airport (30 min). But it seemed like limited restaurant options close. We ate at the hotel restaurant, which has a very nice design/atmosphere, but limited wine options and food was just ok, unlike other places we ate in Milan.
