Milan’s hidden gems!
We arrived at the hotel and immediately the host came out to take our luggage! Impressive! The reception staff was cheerful and accommodating. Every time we went by the reception on our way out or in they greeted us with joy and cheers! Our room was beautiful and clean. Very comfortable bed. The location was great. Close to all the special highlights of the city and great restaurants and trattorias! We would definitely recommend staying at the Unique Hotel!

The property was very nice and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is great for touring the city. I stayed seven nights and really enjoyed it. I highly recommend and will stay there again.

I feel bad writing a bad review but I didn’t love my stay here. They have so many perfumes in the lobby it made me feel sick. I feel like they were trying to mask something. They also had my room on the first floor right next to the reception desk and you could hear EVERYTHING. it made me feel uncomfortable being that close. My shower also flooded, the water didn’t drain and flooded the room. Staff was lovely but other things made this a negative experience

Excellent Boutique Hotel… Great Location
A nice modern boutique hotel ! Central location in Brera district. Many restaurants in the immediate area and a short walk to many sights. Major tour operator is only 4 blocks away. Nice morning breakfast and a great and helpful staff. A nice shout out to Richard at the front desk!! Our stay was for 7 nights and would not hesitate to stay again!

We spent one night at the Unique Hotel after our plans changed and we needed to add one night onto our trip. Our original hotel was full, so we switched to The Unique Hotel for one night. I truly wish we would have stayed here the entire time! The bed was very comfortable, staff was extremely kind and accommodating, breakfast was wonderful, and the location was great!! My husband had a meeting pop up the day we left and the staff kindly let him take his call in the breakfast area after checkout. Always going above and beyond!! Never being to Milan before, I originally thought that we'd be too far away from the "action" but we weren't at all! The location was close to the castle and a 10 minute walk to the Duomo - any closer and you'll be dealing with crowds. Lots of boutique shopping in this area with cafes and restaurants throughout. Five stars!!

The staff ,without exception , were all extremely friendly and welcoming. The room was very comfortable and super clean. The only downside was that the room was right next to reception so could be noisy at times. The bathroom/ wet room did flood on having a shower . Only stayed one night and if I had stayed longer may have asked to move rooms , but it did not detract from the stay and I would not hesitate to book again when I am in Milan
