Great place to stay the night before a flight. Nice rooms, good dinner options and great breakadt buffet. The shuttle to the airport was convenient and on time.

Beautiful, easy check in, the only negative is having to pay extra for a shuttle to and from the airport at only 3 minutes away. Other airport hotels the shuttle service is free and 10-15 minutes further away.

Comfortable and chic hotel
We spent a great night by the airport here. The room was very modern and chic. The bed was really comfortable and the pillows were very supportive. The restaurant had an amazing virgin mojito mocktail and creamy lasagna. They had shuttles to and from the airport that only took 4 minutes.

This place was so cool. My daughter and I stayed 1 night prior to our travel back to the US. It is 5 min from airport, yet very quiet. The included breakfast was AMAZING! The pool was AMAZING. The room was AMAZING. I want to stay there again! Friendly staff and very helpful.

The property itself was really nice, the bed was comfortable, room was clean, and it was very quiet. The staff was friendly and willing to help, for a non-Italian speaking it was very helpful that all staff members I interacted with could help me in English. I have to say though, this is the first time that I have to pay a fixed fee for the airport shuttle service. Depending on the terminal it is the amount you have to pay.

Staff was friendly, but no effort was made to remedy the fact that the WiFi was down, communication about booking the hotel shuttle from the airport to the hotel was not the easiest to understand. Glasses in my room for coffee and water were not clean. It was difficult and expensive to get a taxi to bring us to the hotel. The room was comfortable. Having stayed there once, the next time would be easy. First time was a bit challenging. Expedia made it appear you can walk to the hotel from the airport, you cannot. If you’re looking for an easy stay next to the airport book the Sheraton, it’s connected to the terminal.

Overnight stay in Milano Malpensa
I arrived late night.., the shuttle did not stop by, I tried to call hotel lines are disconnected end up expensive taking taxi after wasting time.., it turned out someone cut their cable no phones no Wi-Fi !! This hotel is like steel tank no cell reception either frustrating! Otherwise Great hotel and staff, breakfast is ok, cafe so so compared to Italians standards!

Very convenient, new, stylish, comfortable and a great option for short stays very close to the Milan Malpensa Airport. Although it is very close to the airport, walking to the airport may not be a good idea, as this would involve crossing a very busy street that does not have side walks. The hotel offers a shuttle to the airport, but is asking for 5 Euros per person (terminal 1; 10 Euros to terminal 2). Unfortunately, there was no WiFi during our stay, and we were told is had not worked for several days prior.

We did not have Wifi or service for the entirety of our stay. The hotels phone and email was also not functioning so trying to arrange early check in and airport shuttles prior to arrival was impossible. It was also very inconvenient when trying to check into flights and arrange for a long travel day. Other than that the stay was as advertised.

The property was nice, conveniently located to the airport. My only problem was the room had a musty smell and although the sheets were clean there were stains on the fitted sheet.

Great stay! The rooms were clean and newer. I would stay here over Moxy, even though it is a little further out. Definitely call to get the shuttle if arriving from the airport as you can't walk (found that out the hard way)
