The sofa sleeper was in horrible condition. The front of the dresser in the living room had white stains running down it the layout of the room was nice, but it is quite dated, however not a bad deal for the money.

It was over priced. I booked it because of being a Best Western. I regretted it as soon as I stepped in the room. There was a smell. I paid a premium for the rooms. I have stayed at the Sleep Inn across the street, which is cheaper. It felt like a mistake immediately because the Best Western was older. It had cramped parking. And, it smelled. I will know better next time.

Stayed for 4 nights and never received any maid service, despite our requests. They never even emptied our trash or brought us fresh towels. One time we had to go to the desk just to get toilet paper. Breakfast was never ready at the time advertised. Biscuits were over baked and hard. Gravy was cold.
