This unit is new construction (built in March of 2021). It has all of the necessities including an attached garage for additional storage and one dedicated stall of off street parking. EVERYTHING you need is provided including a flat screen TV, kitchenware and linens. Enjoy this studio today!

You are welcome to enjoy the grassy area in the backyard. There are two laundry (coin-operated) sites on the property.
I provide a four digit code for entry. I work and live in town and have a local employee who cleans and maintains the property for us. We are here for you if you need us!

There is a two stall parking lot located adjacent to this unit. There is also street parking, a dedicated insulated garage stall with an opener, and one stall of dedicated off street parking.
Please feel free to park in the first come/first serve parking area immediately next to your unit. You can also park in your attached garage stall or in your off-street parking stall immediatly in front of your assigned garage spot.
