The staff is wonderful my room was cleaned but the AC wasn't working correctly i didn't bring it up to the staff since i had unpacked everything didnt feel like repacking and then moving again the shower plugs need to be checked weekly my tub drained slowly the tub plug had hair tangled all over it they offer a free shuttle within a 4 mile radius apart from that would stay there again well recommended

Beds were comfortable. Central air was quiet and held the temperature well, I never had to adjust it. But I could hear hallway noises if I didn't use my white noise machine. I was concerned about it, but nobody was especially noisy so it was a non issue this visit.

The property itself was a bit dated and the bathroom was very small. It does provide complimentary breakfast and shuttle services within a few miles of the hotel. The shuttle service was excellent and saved a lot in Uber costs. The evening driver and daytime front desk at checkout were very welcoming, helpful, and professional. They made my short trip even better. Thank you, they certainly deserve some kudos!!

Unfortunately does not live up to the 8/10 on here
I attempted to check in around 4:45pm (check-in begins at 4), there were two other customers ahead of me and by the time I even reached the desk it was after 5. At that point I was told they had to “check the room” and asked to wait off to the side. It took until almost 5:15 for me just to get to my space. Elevator is about 3’x4’ at best and not responsive, stairs are spiral and open. While presentable, my room was not clean. The shower curtain was moldy (pink and black), there were crumbs on the floor between the beds and beneath both headboards (I dropped something so I noticed there), there were clearly crumbs on the sheets of one bed, water marks on the ceiling, etc. Compound that with large cracks beneath doors, no soft close so constant slamming at all hours, and incredibly creaky metal bed frames and I had a rough night. That said, the staff was friendly and willing to listen, they did comp my parking and explaining next morning when I detailed my experience that they have been sold out and understaffed so it was a quick turnover, but I wish that had been explained from the start and that the room had been clean.

Checkin was rough and took way too long. Seems to be operated by the Ambassador across the street because that’s where the manager came from to help. A couple breakfast machines were not in service. Room and facility were clean. The property seemed to be newly renovated. An actual parking lot right next door.
