My complaint is not with Hilton, but rather using Expedia to book the reservation. This is the 2nd and last time I got burned. I had to return to Fl a day early , so I had to cancel This one night reservation at the airport hotel. Had I booked directly with Hilton, they would have given me a credit to use at another Hilton in the future. But Expedia does not do that. I had to have canceled by October first for the reservation on the 6th. Live and learn for me.

Staff at the front desk was friendly & courtesy. Hotel is beautiful & aesthetic. The room was extremely clean, spacious & relaxing. I slept so well, which rarely happens in hotels for me. They have a very nice & clean pool & gym. Very close to the airport.

Just an awkward greeting when we arrived. Front desk person chastising other staff about handling a guest's early departure incorrectly. I finally interrupted & asked if she could take care of that later and check us in! Which she did and thereafter was helpful.
