My complaint is not with Hilton, but rather using Expedia to book the reservation. This is the 2nd and last time I got burned. I had to return to Fl a day early , so I had to cancel
This one night reservation at the airport hotel. Had I booked directly with Hilton, they would have given me a credit to use at another Hilton in the future. But Expedia does not do that. I had to have canceled by October first for the reservation on the 6th. Live and learn for me.
