Overall, it was an ok stay, but room for improvement. Our room was simple, the decor was a little underwhelming compared to the beauty of the lobby. The toilet in our room and around us are all loud, which isn’t great in the middle of the night especially. The bed was comfortable, sheets felt clean. The tv is not a smart tv, so I’d recommend bringing a laptop to watch a movie on. The room did not have microwave or a fridge either. We were not informed that the parking fee wasn’t including with the room, so when we checkout, it cost us $75 for using the parking garage for two nights. That was an u unpleasant surprise, especially since when we checked in the attendant at the front desk just said she’d validate our ticket, and to use our room key to get in and out. No mention of there being a charge at the end of our stay. We did enjoy the Miller Time Bar/restaurant, good food and food service.

I may never book this hotel again.
First of all I booked the room for the price of $165.00 then when I checked in they said they are adding $40 for some other fee that I was not aware of but they said I would get the money back. Which I still have not been refunded. The thermostat did not work in the room. Which I made the woman at the front desk aware of. I also asked if she could discount the price of the room because of that. And she said she would waive my overnight parking fee which was never taken off as well.

Lobby and exterior were beautiful. Rooms haven’t been updated in years. Very small bathroom, light switch in bathroom worked half the time, wall paper folding up, TV didn’t get half of its channels, creamer for coffee in the room was curdled.

Great trip
Beautiful hotel. Wonderful staff. Has convenience of restaurants and starbucks in the hotel. Cafe was way over priced though gor the breakfast 25.00 a person for food you got free in any other hotel very disappointed. Parking is 38.00 a night but have in/out privileges but still a lot for parking. Everything else was excellent though. Was in walking distance from fiserv forum which was very convenient saved having to psy for more parking somewhere else.

Everything was wonderful. Beautiful hotel. Slightly smaller room size, tub did not drain but staff was helpful in getting issue resolved. Beds were uncomfortable, though. Loved our stay despite the rough night’s sleep.
