The hotel is nice and has the comfortable beds and pillows that you would expect from a Holiday Inn Express. The houskeeping was horrible. We stayed for a week and our rooms were never vacuumed and very poorly cleaned if they did show up, which wasn't very often. Gargage was in our rooms for 3 days. Their breakfast fell apart as well ont he weekend.

The cleaning staff were sub par. We stayed at the Hotel for a week. The rooms were never vacuumed or cleaned. Garbage was left in our rooms for days.

Great stay!
We had a great stay. We changed hotels last minute to here because it was way cheaper and closer walking distance to the concert venue that we had to walk to. Check in literally took a total of 4 minutes and we were on our way to enjoy our evening. The staff was friendly, room and facility was well maintained and clean. We felt safe and secure and we all had an amazing nights rest.

We had arrived about an hour early for our stay and the host was rude to us. Once checked in, our room, specifically bathroom had tiles that were falling off of the wall. Pillows were both flat and bed and sheets looked used. At breakfast in the morning they were out of most items (orange juice, eggs, biscuits, gravy, and danishes.
