Nice pool. Water a bit cold, but hot tub was great temp. Staff was quick with meeting requests, such as bedding for the pulliut sofa in our suite. Breakfast was excellent food, lots of choices, and well staffed.

Convenient location because we were visiting the botanic gardens. Facilities were clean. The old fashioned rooms could be updated, especially the carpet and the shower head. Breakfast was pretty good, biscuits with gravy were great. The eating area was quite small and cramped though, and other IHG hotels have bigger food selection (tater tots, bacon, etc). Overall I would stay here again if visiting the gardens again.
