The room & bed were very comfortable. The staff were friendly & helpful. Breakfast choices were plentiful. Walkable to downtown. Parking was in a garage away from the hotel so not ideal if raining but but could drop off/pick up bags first. Would stay again.

This was a nice, clean hotel with a very good sized room. We had a couch inside which was nice to have when lounging in the room. Staff was always very kind, greeting when entering and quick to support. The free breakfast was decent. It was a nice downtown location convenient to all our events. I only wish parking wasn’t such a hassle/wasn’t so expensive to valet. $38/night is a lot to add on to a two night stay. Overall, it was an excellent experience

I have been to other Hyatt properties, but, this one excelled in quality build of all the rooms, the quality of the breakfast, convenient valet parking. I will stay here again. We drove to our restaurant but should have walked. Great experience overall

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel is right up the hill from the Fiserv which was fantastic. Our room was clean, tidy and new. All the staff were very nice!

Very friendly staff. Nice, clean, well-kept hotel. Not many dining options right by the hotel but a ton within a three or four-block walk. A stone's throw from Fiserv. Good free breakfast.

We had a great stay! The staff was extremely friendly and overall a very clean and nice hotel! My only concern was that the only option to park our vehicle was through the valet for $38 overnight. We had no problem using the valet and paying the fee however, when they went to retrieve our vehicle upon checkout the attendant informed us the battery was dead in our car. This seemed odd as this is a newer vehicle with no battery related issues before. The attendant was able to jump our car and we were back on the road within 30 minutes but again this did raise a bit of concern. The attendant was very apologetic and incredibly helpful in jumping our car but I would be careful to make sure all lights, radio, stereo, etc are turned off before turning your car over to avoid the same issue we encountered. Again a very nice stay overall minus the very small inconvenience! Would definitely stay again and again! Thank you to Delores and Andrew for the seamless check in and out!
