Loved the firepit and that there were 3 BBQs- 2 gas and one not. Also had a few picnic tables outside- we were the only ones using but if more people, you may want to add more. The main floor also had a nice area where our family used to play games. The pool area did seem a tad warm, but was a nice pool area. Great place and reasonably priced! Recommend to others!

The rooms were great. We were surprised by a free happy hour upon arrival. The breakfast was nice, too. The staff also is very helpful. I travelled 10 miles out of my way to stay there, after having a great expirence the prior year. Very pleased again.

It was unique in that it was decorated like an up north lodge. The breakfast area was combined with a seating area and large fireplace along with a small bar. There was complimentary drinks from 5-7pm which was very nice. Outside in front was a seating area with a gas fire pit. It was nice visiting with friends around the outdoor fire. I had a room with two queen beds. Bed was very comfortable as were the pillows. The room was quite large with a desk, lounge chair and side table and an l-shaped couch with large footstool. Shower was nice and there was complimentary shampoo, conditioner and body wash in dispensers on the wall in the shower. There was a small refrigerator and microwave. The only thing lacking was a place to hang your clothes. This was a real negative issue. Two great eating places in walking distance and nearby gas station. Also, easy on and off the interstate.

Mini Family Vacation
The hotel could use a couple updates but the pool was great and the staff were super. We booked a pool side room and were told once we got there that they had to nail the doors shut in the rooms due to a code issue so we couldn't access the pool directly from our room so that was disappointing. Otherwise our stay was good.

Fun little getaway
The staff was friendly. The pool was warm and the hot tub was actually hot. The room was big. The tvs could be a little bit bigger. My family loved the games in the lobby and the fireplace outside the hotel.

The hotel is just slightly outdated but worked just fine for my kids. We did find garbage and other things behind and under the sleeping sofa which tells me it wasn’t cleaned very well. Bed was too soft for my husband to sleep but I enjoyed it. I would stay again with my kids.

Extremely disappointed that we asked twice to fix the barely working shower drain. It was frustrating having water up to our shins while showering for 2 mornings! It's a shame because the front desk clerk was very friendly.

This place was horrible. From checking trying to say I’m underage as she’s looking at my I.D I will be turning 25 this year… my room had a pets wet pad under the blanket. My bedding wasn’t changed there was crumbs and hair still on the bedding. Was then moved to a room that was poolside and had a strong chlorine smell along with a night stand that had drawers that wouldn’t stay closed. Was then moved back to the room with the pee pad only told I had to change my own bedding if I wanted it done house service wasn’t around. After changing my bedding I then went to fill the mini fridge. Only to find it dumping water from the inside door panel and it was unplugged. The gentle man told me he couldn’t swap out the mini fridge nor could I as I offered since I needed to put my my baby’s milk in there. The bath tub was also clogged with massive hairballs. The couches felt so tacky and sticky it was gross the office carpet had the same feeling. Not to mention the peeiling back wall paper. Or all the garbage that was in my room from the prior person. My son ended up finding a new ball which was a dog ball from under the bed. This place was gross. Even the luggage carts were broken and ran down. I had sewage back up in my apartment so. I come here for 2 days. I ended up coming back home the first day and delt with the horrible smells of sewage.

This is the first time we have encountered anything like this and we have traveled coast to coast and in between many times. This pertains to breakfast. I think there should be a rule no children allowed alone under age of 13. There were three little girls making waffles etc ages about 8-10. They horded the counter and made quite a mess. Made it hard for anyone else to use. The mother did come but left them alone and ate at the bar. When they left they threw away most of what was on their plates. Not a word was said. The attendant was not present during this time.

Fun overall time right off the major highways so quick and easy travel around Milwaukee area.. Only nitch is they could have the bar going on the weekends Mon thru Thursday they get out complimentary drinks but it was closed Friday Saturday
