Lovely hotel

It’s a room facing the sea. We have a good time here with Onsen, tea and evening lounge with drinks and snack were serve. We will come back next time .

Lovely hotel

It’s a newly renovated room facing the sea. We have a good time here with Onsen, tea and evening lounge with drinks and snack. We will come back next time .

Expedia never ever again. I made this reservation for a meeting February. Then spent the next several months with my mother in decline and her death. I decided not to go to the meeting but forgot I’d made a reservation. Not one single reminder from Expedia u til I got a “how was your check-in experience” from Expedia. I couldn’t cancel as the 24 hour before check-in cancellation deadline had passed. Hotel is bound by Expedia rules and Expedia never even responded to my message to them. Don’t use Expedia ever. I can’t tell you about the hotel as I didn’t stay there.

夫婦で1泊利用させて頂きました。 スタッフの方々の対応が良く、列はできていましたがスムーズにチェックインできました。 ラウンジのイブニングソーシャルとナイトキャップも利用したのですが、多くの方々が利用されていて、活気があってよかったです。 レストランも、ビュッフェの品数が多く、全ての料理を食べられなかったのが心残りです。特に、淡路牛のハンバーガーが美味しかったです。 QRコードで順番待ちシステムがあって、便利だと思いました。 また利用したいなと思います。
