The rooms at the Crazy Water Hotel are like a suite. There is a small kitchen area, living room area, and separate bedroom area. The closet (included in the renovation) is located in the bathroom with excellent lighting. It is a huge, open area. There are windows along one side of the rooms. Great atmosphere and view!

When I asked for a late check out, they made a really big deal on a Sunday for an extended check out. I’ve been there for two days and said they were in charge me $50 for every hour. I was just like hey I’m just asking for an extended check out until one and Sunday I know this place is not fully booked out. I don’t think it’s a big deal so I don’t like that. I’ve been a while member and they should make exceptions and the restaurant downstairs service was terrible. Also, House never came to refresh our towels the cable wasn’t working on the TVs and I had to have Service guy come up

The parking lot was very dark no lighting and no direct side walk to the hotel, had to jump over curbs and mud puddles. Love the hotel itself and recommend it

Great Stay in Mineral Wells
Gereat place to stay in Mineral Wells. Our room had a refrigerator, stove/oven, kitchen sink and microwave kitchen area, a living area, the bedroom and large bathroom! All very clean and tidy. We didnt get the email 48 hours out like the confirmation email from Hotels.com indicated. Also front desk didnt text us when room was ready after offering to do that since we arrived eaier than check in time.
