I really liked this hotel, it was very modern, clean, and comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. My only complaint would be the door to the bathroom in the room, is a glass swinging door with about an inch and half gap all the way around it which offers very little privacy in the bathroom.

Somewhat convenient location with caveats
A bit loud as he thin door did not keep out the sounds of families in the hallways making late night arrivals from the airport and the mall. After check-in, we were greeted with fresh hot vomit on the floor of the elevator. Had to pay an additional $13 for overnight parking. Luxury trim doesn't disguise the fact that it is a hotel that attracts mostly families with young children and the realities that come with them in a hotel environment. The room itself had comfy beds, but an awkward layout and way too many light switches (it was honestly confusing since most lights were wired to multiple switches in different parts of the room). But the desk workers were friendly and helpful and the live music sounded nice. I'd recommend spending a little more to stay in the hotel connected directly to the mall - they are both Marriott, so might as well spring for the convenience during the cold months.

Just an average stay, trash cans out front were finally emptied on Sunday night , only staff that were actually friendly and attentive were the lounge staff. No one else really bothered with us as we entered and left the hotel over our 3 night stay.No one at the front desk when we checked out, just a sign saying drop keys here.Guess it’s time to look elsewhere for our Minneapolis weekend getaway stays.

This is the only hotel I’ve been at with a comfortable bed and heavy enough blankets! Usually hotel beds are rock hard with barely a sheet as a blanket but I slept very well here.
