Pool was great! Breakfast didnt have much options,no pancakes,waffles or even toast. The rooms heater was a little noisy. I would definitely go back. I really liked the pool,very cozy!

This hotel was surprisingly affordable given the proximity to Mall of America. The hotel is huge and they were able to provide my family with connecting rooms, which was much appreciated. The area of the hotel where we slept was very quiet and the bed and comforter were super comfortable. Room was clean. There were just a couple of things that felt a bit unusual to us. First, our room did not have any plastic cups, which seemed odd. I went to the desk to ask for them because we received a note under our door stating that we needed to go to the desk to get any toiletries or other items that we need. So I ventured down there and asked for plastic cups, the man working gave me paper coffee cups which was all he had. No big deal. The guy working at the front desk was super friendly. I also asked for a makeup remover wipe which seems to be standard basically anywhere you stay these days, so much so that I don't even pack them anymore when I go to hotels, but the man at the desk said they do not provide them here, which I found strange. Oh well. Also, we stayed there on New Year's Eve and breakfast ended at 9 on New Year's Day. It would have been nice if they extended breakfast hours until 10 that day given it was a holiday, so that was a bummer. The kids were not ready to get up yet so did not get any breakfast. Overall, it was a good stay. I would stay here again for that price given proximity to MOA.

HVAC not working in two rooms
Check-in went great, parking was great. The room temp was 74° at 3:22pm when we checked in. We turned it down, upon returning around 7:30pm, the room was 75°. Maintenance came at 8:30pm and said they’d return in an hour to see if it was better… all while my 3 year old son is asleep and we also have a 4 year old. At 9:30pm, no change in temperature so they had us move rooms at 9:44pm.. the hallway was so much cooler compared to the room. We get to the new room and it’s 74°. We give it time to cool down and by 11:00pm it still isn’t working. Our two night stay turned into one, BUT no compensation or anything for the terrible night of hot sleep our family had.
