Great staff and breakfast. Hotel was overall clean and kids had fun in the pool. Our bathroom sink was clogged and so had to deal with standing water there. Microwave stunk and fridge didn't seem to work property- our food and drinks were barely chilled. Our rooms had two queen beds that had seen better days. The kids didn't mind and we overall had a great time. Such a short walk to and from the MOA.

This hotel sucks & until I get a refund, I hate
It was horrible! The hotel sheets and comforter were not cleaned at all and smelled like The perfume of several women and definitely one guy! We were in so late that it didn’t matter at that point. The hotel staff was unapologetic and nothing for me.

Shuttle to airport was great. Good breakfast and lots of room to sit (sometimes the breakfast area is too small at other hotels). Awesome proximity to the mall. Would stay again.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The two pools and hot tubs made it so it wasn’t so crowded in one place. The beds were comfortable. Walkable to mall of America and connected to ruby Tuesday which is good food.

The property was well managed. Front desk always manned, breakfast prompt and attended to. The room was okay, but bathroom floor definitely needed to be cleaned thoroughly. The bathtub was slippery with no mat in it.
