Staff was very pleasant. The hotel needs some updates but was very clean. Breakfast in the morning was best I've had. Also the hotel is attached to thi Friday's and IHOP, and across the street from Moa. Would definitely stay again.

Sweet 16 stay

We got there late and much to our surprise there was a line to get checked in. It was very cold and the front door was a blocked up with the empty shuttle vans and multiple cars unloading. Although at some point the room had been updated there is stained carpet. The breakfast was disappointing- the staff could not keep up to the amount of guests. This hotel is not as nice as it was 5 years ago when we stayed here. We needed a room for 5 and this price point being close to MOA- this hotel still checked these boxes but our next stay will most likely be somewhere else. We already are making plans to make this an annual weekend trip now that the kids are older.

We ordered the room service for our anniversary as we wanted a nice night in. Our first order attempt never arrived so we called and they said the would redeliver it. The second delivery never arrived and we got a phone call at midnight stating the person bringing it to us had stolen our food. During this time we were waiting for our $100 of food we were planning on using the hot tub but instead spent 4 hrs waiting for food that never arrived. The room had stains on the floor and the curtains had tears and some were not attached to be used. We have stayed here before with no issues but now I doubt we will return.

We reserved queen beds and when we got to our room they were full. When I asked about it I was told that is what the call a queen. So I paid for a bigger bed and got a smaller one. Then the heater was loud and kept us up all night.

Overall it was a wonderful stay

Overall my stay was everything I could've wanted or needed. Breakfast was amazing, the pool area was great, and the service was - almost- impeccable. Pierre was above and beyond at check-in and other interactions I had with him such as asking for directions, etc. Aaron, however, does not need to be working in the hospitality industry. I came down to look into extending my stay an extra day and- I am not exaggerating - took over 20 min scrolling through his computer trying to find what the rate would be for the extra day. Eventually he gave up, told me he couldn't find it and to just go ahead and book it through hotels.com. I explained that I wanted to keep my same room and would prefer to book it at the front desk and he told me I'd have to ask the lady working next to him. Meanwhile the line had grown to 5+ people waiting to check-in and I had to wait all over again to speak to the other person working front desk. While waiting , I overheard him tell the next people they'd have to wait for their room even though it was past checkin time and didn't offer them any explanation and just ignored their concerns. In less than 5 minutes she gave me the rate and reserved the extra night. Aaron did not apologize or act like he cared at all about my time, or the long line of people waiting behind me and honestly seemed annoyed to even have to do any work. I have worked in retail management for over 15 years so I will never give anyone a bad review unless they truly deserve it.
