The Hotel online appears nice but in person the rooms are very dirty. My hotel room had bed bugs on top of the sheets and then the pull out bed for my suite had bloody sheets! I was very disgusted and uncomfortable with staying at the hotel. I proceeded with asking for a refund and the front desk refused to provide a manger number or contact and give me a refund. I was disappointed and hope no one else goes through the same thing I went through. I am not the person who just writes reviews but people who plan on staying there need to be made aware of what they’re getting into.

Says to be no party in the pool area and was a birthday party and pool and hot tub to be for guests only but there were people coming and didn't have cards to get into the pool area. Then breakfast food cold hard boiled eggs were slimmy looking. Building run down, mold and mildew smell in the bedroom and had to get stuff for the pullout couch

Pile of trash and construction trash in courtyard. Bloody mucus mess on swim entrance door. Balcony dirty and covered in bugs. Kids running all over pool and check in area no adults in site.

Hotel smells musty, our room smelled like cigarettes even though they have a “strict” no smoking policy. They said they couldn’t refund us so they offered to change our room but the new room also smelled. Wouldn’t stay here again

Outside doors(closer to rooms) , did not work with the keys. All weekend! Always had to park and carry stuff thru the lobby. NOT easy or Convenient.

Only thing concerns about bathroom because smell old urination. Also the shower curtain needs to replaced because smell like old rotten. The shower head needs to deepest clean. Make me think of bathroom isn’t deep clean enough?
