Our room was very dirty, you can tell it hasn’t been cleaned properly for months. There was some confusion as well about housekeeping, when I checked in with the front desk staff about it, she was extremely rude about the situation. The breakfast area was poorly stocked and often out of items within minutes each morning. The hot tub was also closed for maintenance and was not opened up throughout the four days we were there. This was disappointing as this is something we look for when booking a hotel. Not one to complain, but this truly was not a good experience and would not recommend staying there. 1/10 overall experience. Hopefully they look at the feedback and make necessary changes in the future.

When we checked in the front desk gave us a key and when we went into that room it wasn’t cleaned and had already been used. So we went back down and got another key for a different room and she seemed a bit inconvenienced by doing this

Bathroom sink didn't drain and toilet, kept running and spraying water out of the tank. Reported it, but when I returned at the end of the day, still not fixed. They moved me to a different room and act like I should be grateful for the l upgrade. Had to move all my stuff and get unpacked, only to find the TV didn't work in the new room. They can't exchange a TV because they're bolted to the furniture, so I had to pack up and move to a third room. No apologies for the inconveniences or anything. these things should be checked for functionality in between guests.

Decent place for the price and the Front Desk staff were amazing. The room itself had sheets with makeup stains, the doors need to be pushed/pulled really hard to close/open, the carpet was beat up. The buggest issue was the Housekeeper told my daughter she couldnt get an extra garbage bag. We clean up after ourselves ao others dont have too. Other than that it was served its purpose.
