We have stayed at this hotel every year for the past several years for our son’s annual Mayo Clinic visit. After his appointments we put our best efforts into making this trip feel like a vacation for the kids and this is our “fancy” hotel we stay at. Right next to the Mall of America, IHOP, and pretty much a straight shot to head out of town back home. Staff have always been accommodating to our family and the kids love the breakfast. Rooms are always clean and orderly. They offer several services we don’t really use but would be very beneficial if need be as well.

We booked this hotel to visit the Mall of America and it did not disappoint. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. We checked in super early and while our room was not ready yet, they held our bags for us and let us enjoy the continental breakfast that morning. The hotel is right across from the Mall of America, so we were able to walk over to it easily. There is a covered bridge to cross the highway and get to the mall which was nice. There are also a couple restaurants on the property, which we did not try, but seemed popular with other guests. Overall, this was a great hotel to experience the Mall of America!

Very friendly staff. The only thing we noticed was the floor in room were dirty. You could tell by looking at our barefeet. We were able to check in early, however Maybe they did not have time to clean floor.

We stayed in a handicap room, which was worse than a regular room for a handicapped person. The bathroom was great, but the beds are literally as low as a futon. I could not get my mom out of it; it’s literally like a mattress on the floor. Staff told me they were sued because the beds were too high, should I sue because the beds were too low? Why don’t you put one high bed and one low bed? It’s literally useless to have these low beds.

Clean. Spacious suite. Excellent breakfast including fresh biscuits and delicious sausage gravy. Staff friendly and professional. Quiet except for being close to the airport with loud jet noise starting between 6:30 and 7:00 in the morning.
