Staff (November 30) was so bad, the women should be terminated. Never experienced such blatant disrespect and rudeness in all my life, in any hotel. The one couldn’t even be bothered and IGNORED us because she was FaceTiming her friend saying more annoying tourists coming to shop. The hotel had no pool access and didn’t care, didn’t have any options, and said they know as much as I do??? They seemed quite racist too. The air quality was so bad in the room, we all got sick. Never again will I step foot in this hotel.

The room was cold because heating did not work. After a couple of attempts, they changed the room, but the second room was still not warm enough, The bathroom was cold all the time.

Food at restaurant is good! Like the noon check out time. Shuttle was good to mall but getting them to come back they were 45 min late from time they were to be there. Had to call hotel to get them to come pick us up

The room was surprisingly small. The pool was closed, notification only given via printed signs taped by the elevator buttons. The shower door wouldn't stay closed, instead slowly sliding open a few inches so water could get out. Otherwise, the property was okay. The staff were nice.

Great service but $2.00 for bottled water???
The young lady that checked me in was amazing! I wish I checked her name. I checked in around 9:30pm on Friday, Nov 22nd. Please tell her “Good job!” Only disappoint I experienced was that the bottled water $2.00 each. If you are going to charge for something so basic, make it $1.00. Crappy way to make money.
