Not what we expected
The hotel was under construction and remodeling. This was not noted on your web site. The walls are paper thin and we listened all night to the elevator and surrounding rooms. This this the last time I use hotels.com

Nice Place To Stay
Nice hotel. Quiet location. Great breakfast with LOTS of choices. Only issue was that the hot tub was more of a luke warm tub. Other then that friendly staff and centrally located.

Check in was bizarre. Every check in took a very long time for people in front of me and behind me. Lady at the front desk had an AirPod in the entire time and was talking to somebody. After handing over my credit card and ID she went to the back room for several minutes before returning. We questioned what was going on and she said she would call hotels.com after we are checked in which doesn’t seem right. Then on the registration she had us in a room on the second floor but the room key was for a room on the fourth floor. I feel the need to watch credit card transactions for a while as the whole experience was bizarre.
