Overnighter
Got a lovekycroom but tv did not work and took anither hour to get moved to comperable room. Room great so was sleeping. Very nice breakfast. Staff very helpful. Did not realize parking an extra fee.

This property had a really good breakfast and was very new and clean and the staff was very polite. They were having some sort of a Wi-Fi issue and so they were not able to issue me a room key and their phone wasn’t working when I initially tried to call for my airport transportation so, there were several things that went wrong with this particular stay that I believe have been since resolved and I would not hesitate to stay there again.

The property was nice. Our room was clean but we had a bunch of lady bugs in the corner of our ceiling and wall. The hotel was quite except the airplanes but the hotel can’t control that. Very convenient for the shopping we wanted to do between the mall of america and the outlet mall.

This was different!!!
I can't complain!!! My stay was free because of a water main break. No tv or internet but everything else was great. Staffer had to walk people to their rooms as key cards inoperable. Thank you. JF

You Need More Staff
Before my arrival, I asked for an early check in as my flight was a red eye. When I arrived I have to wait almost 4 hours in the lobby till I could go to my room. During my stay I was without water as a pipe had burst (I understand things happen) which also knocked out the TV service. I was told I would be comped a nights stay, that comp has never come. Front desk staff was friendly and doing the absolute best they could do. Mr Cunningham is a credit to this hotel. This falls upon the upper management (corporate)that was OK with taking my money but hasn’t followed through with getting it back to me.

Property was navigating several challenges so our one night stay was quite chaotic. Despite the staff trying their hardest to mitigate and take care of guests, there were major issues outside of their control. These included 1. No key card access available so staff would have to walk you up to your room to let you in 2. No internet or TV available and 3. A weird lady bug infestation.

Our first time staying in a Hyatt House. We loved the room and the in-room amenities such as a dishwasher, functional island, dishes, stove etc. The swivel tv between the bed and the couch area is a nice touch. Perfect size room for us this weekend traveling without kids but would accommodate 1-2 kids and 2 adults with minimal problems. We will certainly stay here again.

The property flooded the day before arrival. The General Manager didn’t have the courtesy to call people. The front desk staff was helpful but we had to relocate to a sister property. This could have been avoided if the GM had done their job and contacted upcoming reservations.

So over Hyatt
Started out great, went downhill from there. A pipe burst (unavoidable issue) leaving us without running water. On top of that it affect internet service and TV service so we had nothing to watch, I wasn’t able to do any work. This isn’t what made me upset, it was the fact that no one notified us of any of this at all for hours. We had to go to the front desk and ask what was going, and they were rude about it when we did. Then I get my bill and there are random charges that make absolutely no sense! Never will I stay at a Hyatt hotel again. I’ll stick with my tried and true hotel I always stay at.

Mostly ok except for not having water for a couple of hours and not having any internet, phone, tv etc for the entire night. Things happen but feel like they probably could have done more to get the internet back up and running, that was a rather big annoyance for me, having zero connectivity

The hotel automatic checked me out after the first night even though I called to inform them of flight delays. Only to be told I was charged for the night and parking even with the hotel being fully booked, had to wait until 3p the second day to check in with no clean rooms available. Was downgraded to a suit room that had old towels with used bar of soap on them, no cable or internet for the 2 nights due to water issue. Hallways smelt like sewer. Location was the only positive for this stay.
