Two primary issues: First, they state that they serve dinner but when we got there the desk clerk said they would not be doing so because he was the only person there. Surprise! While they were happy to shuttle us to a nearby restaurant, neither the clerk or driver told us to make reservations for the 'good' restaurant, so we ended up at the pizza place next door - it was fine, but not fun. Later the driver mentioned another restaurant, but that wasn't discussed earlier. Finally - they advertise the shuttle to the airport, but NOT that they only run at the top of the hour. We would rather have had extra 30 minutes of sleep and left at 5:30 vs. 5:00. Again, NOT mentioned in hotel info before booking.

Parking was a 3rd party Park n ride. Unaware, and because the time my flight came in I had to pay an additional day at current park n ride I had parked my car. Then I had to pay at the hotel. Every time the elevator door opened we could hear the ding. Cleaning staff was very loud in the morning spoke in a foreign language. No garbage can in the bathroom. Breakfast was very good!

The only downfall about the property is the images online are very deceiving of what you are actually getting. We purchased the 1 king bed with sofa. The online pictures make the room look very spacious. It was actually a lot smaller in person, cramped, and the king size bed is more of a queen bed. The pillows look fluffy but as soon as you put your head down, you are on the mattress. The pool area is much smaller and not as updated looking as the online picture portrays. This is an ok stay for a night but if you plan on staying a few nights, somewhere else might be a little more comfortable.

Been staying at this property for at least 10 years now. Definitely showing its age. Needs updating and maintenance.Room size, beds and pillows are always the best though! Breakfast is pretty good as well if you have time for it. Now charging for parking- $10/night if just staying at the hotel, $15/night if you park & fly - increased from $10/night. If you have staff add the parking charge instead of using the QR code, they may make errors and not correct them charging you more, of course. I’ve had this done twice now. That last time, it was for $20. The shuttle doesn’t leave on the hour as they say- it begins to load. We were 15 minutes behind or more just leaving the parking lot, which cut into my time of my flight and we were dropped off in some parking lot not by the normal terminal pull up/drop off point, which caused additional unexpected tension and delays having to cross the chaotic street or find the walkway that crosses above the street to get to the entrance the airline terminal. Be aware, the shuttle doesn’t run from noon -3. Not sure if that is daily (or just on specified days)so you may want to double check with them.
