The pool extremely cold. The breakfast food temperature is like luke warm on the "hot items". Housekeeping did a great job tending to my room daily.The staff was nice on the premises. But when I left something and needed help they were not helpful over the phone. I forgot an item. I called 5 times to get it returned to me. No one called me back to ship it , it's been almost a month.

The bed was uncomfortably hard and the breakfast was a real letdown. Everything was cold, and the options were limited—just eggs, potatoes, and tough French toast. No meat at all. For the price point, I expected much better. I’ve had far better breakfast at a Holiday Inn Express, and this was priced more like a Marriott—but Marriott’s breakfast is better, and their beds are far softer. Definitely not the value I was expecting from a Hyatt.

6 of us stayed and we loved it! The beds were comfortable and the kids said the pull out couch bed wasn't too bad either which i think we all know is pretty much as good as it gets when it comes to a pull out. This was our favorite hotel so far and we stay at hotels about 6 times a year for trips.

They will put unathorized holds on your card for no reason. My mom was double charged for a 2 day stay. Please always look at your bank statements.

It was a large room with a desk, comfortable bed, and a shower with plenty of water pressure. The staff was very helpful. He had some construction going on and we had to get to bed early to catch an early flight. I asked about the noise and they immediately stop the construction so that we could have a good night sleep.

There was a dog barking all day in the room next to me. The parking should be free since we pay to stay there. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. It would be nice if the pool stayed open a little longer. The breakfast was good and there were may options. Lots of the outlets in the room didn't work

The shuttle to the airport was quick, even on return from the airport. Parking the car for a week was convenient too. Highly recommend if you are flying out of Minneapolis.
