There was one guy up front working the check ins, grille, convenience item check out and general questions. The line was 10 people deep and we waited 45 minutes to check in. Parking was non existent and had to park in a paid parking lot and walk half a mile.

The hotel automatically charges you for parking without even asking for vehicle information upon check in. While the charge was reversed when I called about it, it is a rather shady practice. Also the lobby is filthy. While construction is going on, the dirt and dust on the vents is from months of not cleaning.

I stayed here due to poor weather and wanting to be close to the airport for my early flight. The man who checked me in couldn't have been more kind! My room was large and even though I wasn't there long, I would recommend to anyone.

Breakfast was hot and delicious with nice variety. Fresh fruits, scrambled eggs, sausages, and fixings for tortilla wraps. Cereals and breads and the coffee was excellent. A small bar area and spacious eating and meeting area. The lady serving was friendly and helpful.( wish I had remembered her name) kept everything fresh and available.

Great location, easy to find, room was clean and as described. They were doing renovations and it was a little harder to find a parking spot, but not super difficult. Breakfast was fresh, coffee, good. Shuttle to and from the airport was prompt and easy to get set up

The lobby was dirty, the room didn’t look like it had been cleaned in months. Dried food all over the floor. The bathroom had black mold pushing the wall paper off the wall. The shower curtain had a dried bloody booger stuck to it. We stayed one night because it was so late when we arrived. We booked another hotel the next day!!
