Our stay was just for a layover but the hotel shuttle picked us up promptly though it was a late hour. Norman at the front desk was friendly and helpful and gave my children free juice and chocolate, thank you Norman! The complimentary breakfast had a great selection and the food was quite good! The beds were also very comfortable. The shuttle back to the airport was also so helpful. The hotel is so close to the airport so it was very convenient. We had a very stressful time with our delayed flights but our hotel stay was pleasant so thank you!!

Great Hotel With Better Customer Service
The hotel was very nice and extremely close to The Mall of America. The breakfast was a standard hotel breakfast with some basic hot and cold options, but nothing special. The hotels rooms were comfortable, but could use some updating. The thing that seperates this hotel from the many i stay at was the customer service. I had minor inconveniences that i brought up to the front desk and it was immediately addressed while making me feel like they actually care about making my stay as best as possible. I would stay here again if i decide to visit the Mall of America again.

Older hotel with a wonderful staff
The staff is wonderful and very helpful which made our stay more comfortable. The breakfast is decent with a nice selection. However, it's an older hotel with small rooms, uncomfortable beds, and poor ventilation. Parking is available but not included with the room so you have to pay by phone otherwise they will issue a ticket.
