Great location, easy to find, room was clean and as described. They were doing renovations and it was a little harder to find a parking spot, but not super difficult. Breakfast was fresh, coffee, good. Shuttle to and from the airport was prompt and easy to get set up

The lobby was dirty, the room didn’t look like it had been cleaned in months. Dried food all over the floor. The bathroom had black mold pushing the wall paper off the wall. The shower curtain had a dried bloody booger stuck to it. We stayed one night because it was so late when we arrived. We booked another hotel the next day!!

Very short staffed! One person at front desk (only 2 computers) and one at the bar that was contiguous with check in and did not cross over to work the front desk while there was long lines and the reception guy was on a long phone call. We booked a nonrefundable king size room on Expedia and immediately received a message from the hotel that they could not guarantee the room that we booked. I then called Expedia and complained that I would cancel the reservation, even though it was not refundable because the accommodation that we booked and paid for could not be guaranteed. The message also said to contact the hotel directly in the future for booking and not go through a third-party. Expedia contacted the hotel and then got a guarantee that we would get a king size room. I had the entire chat thread available if it was needed— luckily it wasn’t. The rooms on the elevator side are extremely noisy as they face a runway less than a mile away as well as perpendicular are to I-494. Even though the front desk staff was pleasant for the above reasons, I would not stay at this hotel again. Had to sleep with air plugs in due to the jet and highway-noise.

The parking situation at this hotel is terrible. You have to pay for parking as a guest there but there is never any available parking anywhere. The let people who are on trips park their cars there for extended period of times. If you are going to charge guests additional for parking make sure there is enough room for everyone.
