I always enjoy my stay here. Great location to airport and MOA for shopping. Free shuttle to both most times but my last stay I was instructed to take alternative transport as the shuttle was running very late. Extra charge not ideal. The lobby is spacious and comfy and the check in easy. I enjoy the lobby restaurant, always consistent food quality. And bonus is they have bath tubs!

Very clean, spacious. Shuttle staff could be a little nicer to tourists (when ask questions about areas to explore they get sarcastic and have an attitude - e.g. asked how to reach them for pick up from mall and they suggested I use google) but overall it was a great stay. Restaurants on site are very convenient as well as shuttle to/from airport and mall of America.

The hotel was clean, staff courteous, . The only thing we didn't like was there there was no ice maker and no microwave in the room, though ice and microwave are available. Over all. I’d stay again.
