We chose this hotel because of its proximity to MSP airport. We didn’t have the opportunity to use too many of the facilities there, but we did appreciate the responsiveness of one of the desk clerks, who was kind enough to bring us up some disposable dinnerware which we needed. The room was clean, the bed was wonderful - very comfortable! - and the appointments were tasteful and pleasing. Well done, Hyatt Regency.

We liked the location & shuttle service. The bed & bedding was poor. Front staff were helpful but the staff at restaurant were rude & ignored us even though they weren’t busy & were clearly waiting for our order.

The hotel is very clean and beautiful. There are signs with QR codes in the parked lot and you have to pay $15/night for parking. The rooms were clean and the pillows were definitely a favorite!
