Get more parking for your guests

I unfortunately will not be staying here again. As a guest of the hotel I should have not had to pay full price for valet parking because the hotel can’t accommodate guest with adequate parking when there is an event at the hotel. Poor customer service was also a big issue. I think the person was very new and didn’t have enough training to be on her own.

This hotel is in need of maintenance, it is old and needs to be remodeled. The basketball court is falling down and that is why I rent it, so my children can play, and parking is very expensive and is not included.

Large comfortable room with all the amenities

The room cleaning staff was great! The front desk staff was very friendly and super-helpful. The room was large and had everything I would want in it. The roominess was greatly appreciated. The pillows were great!
