I think this is some sort of extended stay place. It is very dirty and weird, unkempt people inside and out.

The front desk clerk was very rude as if we were an inconvenience for both myself and my parents at check in. I witnessed it with other customers as well. Not welcoming at all. I watched her not key the room cards with the same machine she used for my parents room. She then walked away and says enjoy your stay before giving us the cards and looked at us as if to say “ok go away”. When i asked for the key she tossed them my way. We got to our room and the keys didnt work and when we returned downstairs she keyed them and rudely handed them back and said keep them away from your phones. La quinta has previously been a favorite place of ours to stay but will not be returning in the future

Overall, OK for the price paid. Property is older and superficially renovated. Walls were thin because noise resonated. Elevator was quick. Breakfast was decent.

Had to wait with 2 small children when checking in for at least 15 minutes due to the desk being unattended. Breakfast has gone downhill. Used to be better with more offerings. Hot tub has been boarded up for over a year and pool is cold. Room was adequate, clean and comfortable.

Nice view from the 15th floor we were on which was a surprise, and they were able to print a page I needed in 5 seconds, which was super helpful for a speech that evening.

The internet connection was very slow and poor. At breakfast in the morning, we had to leave right as breakfast started. There were no kids for the coffee cups so that we could take our coffee to go. In addition, our room was very noisy and anytime someone closed their I door it was quite loud. Overall, it was not a good experience.
