Really BAD hard water problem. Plan to stand in the bathroom for a lot of extra time washing whatever because soap does not come off. Other than that this is a really nice hotel. Hard water is a very annoying problem.

Beautiful and clean hotel! Unfortunately there is a $125 pet fee which was not disclosed on the Hotels.com app. If we had known we would have stayed elsewhere. Ouch!

They didn't have handicapped parking closer to the entrance making it challenging for people with disabilities who have to walk quite a distance to the parking lot.
